Shipping Policy for Screen Print Transfers

Ready to ship screen print transfers ship in 2 business days (unless stated otherwise on the homepage). If your order contains any "pre-order" items, your entire order WILL NOT ship until the day the "pre-order" item turn-around-time stated.

We are not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen packages, we highly recommend you purchase the extended "Route" insurance on every order to insure you are protected by them. 

If your order is returned for "insufficient address" or any other reason that is not our fault, your order will be refunded and restocked with a 10% restocking fee. Shipping and route insurance will not be refunded. You will need to pay shipping again in order for us to reship this back to you.
